  • Do you allow pets at Cannery Row Inn?

    Unfortunately, for the safety and comfort of all of our guests, Cannery Row Inn maintains a strict No Pet Policy.

    However, we are fully committed to accommodating guests with disabilities who require the assistance of a Service Animal.

    Service animals, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), are permitted on the property at all times. Service animals are dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy animals are not considered service animals under the ADA and are therefore not permitted.

    If you are traveling with a service animal, please inform the Front Desk upon arrival.

  • Do you charge Parking fees?

    Parking is available on a first come, first serve basis for $16+Tax per night, with the parking waived for directly booked stays. There is ample street parking otherwise available.

  • Do you charge a fee for extra persons? Do children stay for free? Do you offer cribs or extra beds?

    We are delighted to welcome all guests, including children, to Cannery Row Inn ! Please note that our rates are based on the total occupancy per room, regardless of age, meaning children do not stay for free, and a fee applies for any extra persons above the standard room rate. We are unable to provide cribs or extra beds. If your party exceeds the room's maximum capacity, we would be delighted to assist you in reserving an additional room to ensure everyone is comfortably accommodated.

  • What if I would like to make a group reservation?

    If you would like to create a group booking, please contact us directly with the date and room count so we can provide a custom quote.

  • Can I use another party's authorized credit card to pay for my room?

    Yes. You can contact us for the Payment link and for further instructions if your reservation will have a third party payee.

  • Are my credit card and personal details safe?

    Yes, when you book your stay via our website, we ensure to take every safeguard possible in transmitting and storing any personal data including SSL Encryption and other PCI compliant standards.

  • How do I cancel or modify my reservation?

    If you have booked with us directly, please email us directly and we can modify or cancel your reservation in accordance with our cancellation policies. Please note, your reservation is not canceled until and unless you receive an email confirmation for the cancellation.

    Unfortunately for OTA booked stays, you will have to coordinate your modifications with that OTA platform.

  • How can I make a special request?

    When booking a stay on our website, you can can enter any special requests into the "Special Requests" box on the "Your Details" page. Once you have received your booking confirmation, you can follow up with us directly to confirm that your request can be met. You can find our contact details on the Contact Us page of our website.

  • How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?

    As soon as you have completed the booking process, a confirmation page will appear in your browser session. This page shows all of your reservation details, including the booking number and your PIN code, so you can access your confirmation online. We will also send you a confirmation email with all of your booking information.

  • Can I make a reservation without a credit card?

    No. Sorry, we require a major credit card to guarantee your room reservation. Please review the terms and cancellation policy before making your reservation.
